Executive Director, Information Technology Services for Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C). My role includes leading the College's Office of Safe and Secure Computing (OSSC) as well as heading up the ITS Project Management Office (PMO).
As the Executive Director, Information Technology Services at Cuyahoga Community College (aka: Tri-C), I'm looking forward to connecting, collaborating, and to the OETN with all of you.
We're engaged in a number of significant IT initiatives and projects; both within the ITS department as well as College-wide. I'm confident that many of these endeavors could be enhanced through discussions and such with you. Likewise, our efforts may be able to offer you additional value propositions as you engage in technology-centric projects.
Here's a quick rundown of 'big' projects underway:
1) Unified Communications (upgrading our entire network; implementing VOIP.
2) Data Center refresh: Hardware, operating system, and processes transformation.
3) Portals: upgrading our Student and Staff Intranet-based portal
4) Website: recently completed a new www.tri-c.edu website and content management system platform. Now it's all about content, leverage, and access.
